People seldom look at receipts after they have been tossed in the bag, and few customers will make an exception to fill out a survey. Instead, send them a link online or leave one up on your website. This way, your customers are already at their computers and will be much more likely to fill out the survey.

When building your brand it is important to remember how each action will impact the way the customer views your company. One simple way to build a positive brand image is to use paraphernalia to give to your customers. These can be as simple as t-shirts, cups, pencils, lanyards, and others useful items.
